1. Introduction

bk44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided and withheld.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bk44 services — including placing bets, making deposits, and withdrawing funds — you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bk44 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same identity information or different details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bk44 will close all accounts except the first registered, and any balances or pending winnings in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at bk44's discretion: a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport), a proof of address document issued within the last three months, and evidence of your payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash account bearing your registered name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being made may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending the completion of verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bk44 account within seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on your card issuer.

4.4 Fees

bk44 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider — for example, bKash or Nagad — may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred during the payment process.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on bk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction. bk44 is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. bk44 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made before a withdrawal request will be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by bk44 are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.2 Eligible Games and Bet Types

Not all games or bet types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.50 and most slot games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. 5.3 Time Limits

All bonuses are subject to a time limit within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the requirement is not met within the specified period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion — the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically removed from the account.

5.4 Abuse Prevention

bk44 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it suspects that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedging bets to reduce the risk of bonus play, or exploiting promotional terms in a way that was not intended. bk44's determination of what constitutes abuse is final.

5.5 Amendments

bk44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been awarded and accepted, except where the change is required to prevent fraudulent activity or system abuse.

6. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports wagering activity on the bk44 platform. Game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform.

6.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the bk44 system. Confirmation is communicated via an on-screen notification and a reference number recorded in your bet history. bk44 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that contain a manifest error — including typographical errors, system faults, or odds that are clearly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement — bk44 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. bk44's decision regarding what constitutes a manifest error is final.

6.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. Exceptions apply to certain markets where specific rules have been published, such as tournament outright markets and futures bets.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bk44 applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport, market, and account tier. The applicable limits are displayed in the cashier prior to bet placement. bk44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including on an account-by-account basis where justified by risk management considerations.

7. Casino and Games

• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit. Accounts where chargebacks are detected will be suspended pending investigation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk44 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bk44 content without prior written authorisation from bk44.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bk44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk44 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk44 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bk44's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. bk44 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of such unavailability.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Termination

bk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity. Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is deducted.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bk44 is registered and operates. 3. bk44's decision following the escalation review is final and binding on all parties with respect to matters of fact. Questions of law may be referred to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
